The Growrilla NFT double-wall channel 10 × 8 cm is a 100 % Italian hydroponic profile, dedicated to Nutrient Film Technique systems. With a length of 1.8 metres, it holds 8 planting slots on a pre-drilled lid, ideal for starting or expanding a home, greenhouse or indoor system.

Its shallow water film and continuous gravity-fed flow constantly deliver an oxygenated nutrient solution to the plant roots, with no need for expensive substrate. NFT culture is one of the most water- and input-efficient growing techniques on the market.

🔒 Growrilla double-wall design

The Growrilla channel stands out thanks to its double-wall PVC construction, which brings two key benefits: better structural rigidity of the profile (no deformation over the full length, even when loaded with water and plants) and thermal insulation of the nutrient solution (more stable temperature, less sensitive to ambient variations). The pre-drilled lid is removable: take it off for a full clean of the channel between two culture cycles, then put it back on.

🌱 Recommended crops

Ideal for lettuces (butterhead, batavia, romaine, oak leaf), herbs (basil, parsley, chives, mint), strawberries, as well as cherry tomatoes and peppers in vertical culture with staking. For larger crops, prefer wider spacing between pots.

The 8 net pots 5 × 7 cm are already included with the channel. To start your full system, you will also need end caps (a plain cap on the upstream side, a cap with an outlet on the downstream side), connectors if you want to extend the line, a reservoir and a water pump. All these accessories are available in our shop, in formats compatible with the 10 × 8 cm channel.
