💡 Our Tips
- Understanding the "noise" : If the vacuum cleaner stops every 30 to 60 seconds, it's not a malfunction ! It's part of its normal cycle. It fills its tank (suction), stops, empties by gravity (silence), then restarts on its own. Let it work at its own pace.
- Position matters : For the automatic emptying function to work properly, the vacuum cleaner must be positioned above the water level (on the bank) and the discharge hose must be flat or sloping downwards. If you try to discharge the water from a height, the tank will not empty.
- Beware of the fish : Vacuum gently. Although the device is designed for use in sludge, avoid bringing the nozzle too close to small fish or amphibians. If you accidentally vacuum up an inhabitant, it will end up in the tank : stop the device, open the clip, and release it, it will be safe and sound !
