General Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of products and services offered on the site www.univers-aquaponie.com by the company Aquaponeasy, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Sarreguemines Trade and Companies Register under number 98159999600015, whose head office is located at 14 rue du Hommel 57600 Forbach.

They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of aquaponics-related products (kits, equipment, accessories, etc.) to consumers.

2. Acceptance of the T&Cs

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the buyer. They prevail over any other document.

3. Products

The products offered are those described on the website. Univers Aquaponie takes the greatest care in their description, but minimal variations (photo, color, dimensions) may exist.

Some products require assembly or use in accordance with the provided instructions.

4. Price

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Univers Aquaponie reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed.

5. Order

The customer places an order via the website. Validation of the order implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Univers Aquaponie reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a dispute with the customer or unavailability of the product.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site.

Payments are secured using solutions that comply with current standards.

7. Delivery

Products are primarily delivered to mainland France (and the areas specified on the website). Delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed.

In the event of a prolonged delay or loss of the package, the customer can contact customer service at contact@univers-aquaponie.com.

8. Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or incur penalties.

To do this, simply notify us of your decision in writing to the following address: " contact@universaquaponie.com" or via our contact form available on the site. The products must then be returned in their original condition, complete, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or non-compliant product). Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled cannot be returned or refunded.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days following the actual receipt of the products or the proof of shipment provided by the customer, whichever comes first, and will be made via the same payment method used when ordering. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, nor to those likely to deteriorate quickly such as certain plants or living organisms, nor to opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

9. Warranty and after-sales service

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a defect, the customer must contact customer service with photos and a description.

Some products benefit from a specific manufacturer's warranty (mentioned in the product sheet).

10. Liability

Univers Aquaponie cannot be held responsible for indirect damages linked to the use of the products, particularly in the event of improper installation, failure to comply with the instructions for use or inadequate maintenance.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, videos, logos, brands) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

12. Personal data

Univers Aquaponie collects personal data for order processing. This data is stored in accordance with applicable legislation. Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete this data via "contact@univers-aquaponie.com".

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact customer service for an amicable resolution. Otherwise, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.

In accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer can use a consumer mediator free of charge.

14. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
