💡 The light that changes everything
This is the key advantage of this kit over versions without lighting. Each tray has its own full-spectrum LED lamp (red, blue, white), which reproduces the wavelengths that plants actually need to germinate and begin their growth. The programmable timer (3, 6, or 12 hours) manages the lighting cycles automatically : you place your trays, forget about them, and they do the work. The lamp height is adjustable to follow the seedlings' growth without burning them. The result : a significantly higher germination rate in winter, in a dimly lit room, or for species that struggle to germinate without sufficient warmth and light.
💧 A microclimate at your fingertips
The transparent dome placed on each tray is more than just a lid : with its adjustable vents, it allows you to create and precisely control the humidity level around your seedlings. Initially closed to retain heat and humidity, and gradually opened as the first shoots appear, this controlled transition is key to uniform germination without mold. The waterproof base underneath collects excess water with each watering, also allowing for bottom watering : the water rises by capillary action, never directly wetting the leaves or delicate stems.
