Vertical hydroponic towers are available in lots of 3 or 5 units, each configurable in three modular heights : 5 levels (105 cm, 20 plants per tower), 7 levels (135 cm, 28 plants), or 11 levels (195 cm, 44 plants). A lot of 3 towers thus offers a capacity of 60 to 132 plants, while a lot of 5 reaches 100 to 220 plants, ideal for coupling with a fish system for aquaponics. All towers share a stable 53 cm diameter base, ensuring solid balance even in maximum configuration. The white food-grade ABS plastic tubular structure durably resists permanent humidity without harmful leaching. Their elegant silhouette perfectly integrates into a greenhouse, on a balcony, or in a bright indoor space, multiplying vertical efficiency to optimize every square meter (a lot of 5 towers on 2.5 m² is equivalent to production rivaling 20 to 30 traditional trays).
💧 Gravity-fed closed-loop, synchronized irrigation
The system relies on a submersible pump (not included) that raises the nutrient solution to the top of each tower, from where it flows from level to level to recycle in a closed circuit. For a lot, a single powerful pump can feed the towers in parallel via a manifold (recommended), ensuring homogeneous distribution without stagnation. Water consumption drops by 90% compared to an in-ground garden thanks to continuous recycling. In aquaponics, the common reservoir can be fed by fish tank effluents, integrating the lots into a circular ecosystem. An automated timer optimizes cycles, reducing energy consumption for the entire lot.
🥬 Compatible with a wide variety of crops
The conical outer cells accommodate lettuce, spinach, arugula, lamb's lettuce, basil, parsley, chives, cilantro, and strawberries, with roots protected from light by the opaque structure, limiting algae. Expanded clay pebbles (4-8 mm) or coco fiber are ideal. In aquaponics, these leafy crops effectively assimilate nitrates from fish, regulating water quality across the entire lot. A lot of 5 towers allows for diversified rotation for continuous and abundant harvesting.
🔧 Tool-free assembly, simplified maintenance for lots
The modules interlock in 15 to 20 minutes per tower, without screws. Quick disassembly facilitates rinsing with clear water and disinfection with white vinegar between cycles. Modularity allows for starting with 5-level towers, upgradable to higher. For 11-level lots, wall anchoring or collective support secures the assembly, especially in ventilated spaces. Grouped maintenance of lots minimizes invested time.
🌞 Indoor or outdoor : multiplied flexibility
Adapted to all environments, indoor under LED, summer outdoor, or heated greenhouse, the lots resist high humidity. Below 5 °C, protect them by heating or bringing them indoors. Their compactness (53 cm per base) allows for aligning 3 or 5 towers on a reduced surface, boosting density in an aquaponic greenhouse for uninterrupted annual production.
📦 Delivery contents
Each lot includes complete towers (growing modules according to chosen height, sage green base reservoirs, trays, and germination plates). Pumps sold separately : 600-1200 L/h for a lot of 3 (5-7 levels), 1000-2000 L/h for a lot of 5 or 11 levels (discharge head ≥ 2 m). Optional irrigation manifold recommended for synchronization.
