🪴 The 5 cm hydroponic grow pot, single unit
The 5 cm hydroponic grow pot is the standard size for NFT channels and compact soilless kits. This offer lets you buy by the unit or in small batches, without committing to a pack of 50 or more. Ideal for those starting a home setup, wanting to test a new system, or simply needing to replace a few damaged pots.
It is also the perfect answer for small urban market gardeners, teachers running a classroom kit, or hobbyists building a mini NFT with just a few channels at home: no need to buy 50 pots when you only use 5 or 10 per season.

🌱 What is it for?
Amateur mini NFT with 4 to 8 slots: a batch of 10 or 25 is enough to run the system all year round with a comfortable replacement margin. Classroom or community kit: buying by the unit lets you size the material exactly without surplus. Top-up for an existing kit: if you bought an NFT system without full equipment, or if some pots have been lost or damaged, you top up with the exact number you need.
💡 How to use it
Start your seedlings or cuttings in a rockwool cube pre-soaked in a weak nutrient solution (EC 0.6). As soon as the radicle emerges from the cube (3 to 7 days depending on the species), place the cube in a hydroponic grow pot then slot the pot into the drilled lid of the channel. The roots then grow naturally down towards the nutrient film.
If you start from clay pebbles, fill the pot three-quarters full, place your germinated cube in the centre, and top up with a little more pebbles. It is exactly the same method as in professional settings — the only difference is the scale.
🔄 Lifespan and reuse
Food-grade polypropylene resists nutrient solutions, moderate UV and cleaning very well. Count 5 to 10 grow cycles per pot, provided you remove the root residues between rotations (quick brushing or soaking in diluted bleach water at 5%).
Even bought by the unit, a single pot can therefore stay with you for several years on a regular rotation.
✅ Why choose this single-unit version
This version is designed as an accessible alternative to the professional Growrilla packs. If you are at the discovery stage, or if your installation stays modest, paying the price of a large pack does not make sense. With this single-unit or small-batch format (up to 25 pots), you buy exactly what you need, at the lowest price on the French market.
If your installation grows and you need 50 pots or more, check out our Growrilla 5 cm pack: Italian quality, more mechanical stability for intensive use, and attractive volume pricing from 50 units upwards.
