Description

The Shanghai Dwarf Pak Choi is a dwarf Chinese cabbage popular for its fast growth, mild flavor, and crisp stems. Its soft green leaves and light petioles form a compact rosette, ideal for small areas or aquaponics.

Adapted to temperate climates, it can be grown both in open ground and in aquaponic systems. Resistant to the first cold spells, it is perfect for spring and autumn crops.

🧑‍🍳 Various culinary uses

Pak choi can be cooked in a variety of ways: pan-fried, stir-fried, in Asian soup, steamed as a side dish, or raw in a crunchy salad. Its tender texture and slightly sweet flavor make it a staple in healthy cooking.
